Every transaction on BidSpace is protected by our Secure Escrow System—ensuring trust between buyers and sellers worldwide.
How Escrow Works
- Buyer pays → funds held in neutral escrow account.
- Seller ships item within 5 business days.
- Buyer confirms receipt → funds released to seller.
- If buyer doesn’t confirm within 7 days, BidSpace verifies delivery via tracking and releases funds automatically.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund if:
- The item is not as described (e.g., condition, authenticity, missing parts).
- The item is not received within the estimated delivery window.
- The seller cancels the order after payment.
Dispute Process
To file a dispute:
- Contact seller via BidSpace messaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- If unresolved, open a formal dispute in your “My Orders” dashboard.
- Our team will review evidence (photos, messages, tracking) and issue a decision within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind (unless seller agrees).
- Minor discrepancies not affecting value or function.
- Items marked “As-Is” with clear disclosures.
Escrow Fees
BidSpace charges a 5% buyer’s premium, which includes escrow protection. No additional fees for dispute resolution.
